Didn't see all that much of it beyond La Guaira. I was only twelve at the time.

I was over a bit of as I was consulting for Lagoven one of the State Owned oil companies.

I tend to judge places by the people that I meet in them and I found the people to be very nice. Of course I had some advantage in that I had introductions to friends and family of a couple in Denver who were from Caracas.
