I agree. John's point is that Polanski is getting his comeuppance, while Posada Carriles continues to live happily in Miami while there are warrants for his arrest for terrorism and mass murder outstanding in Cuba and Venezuela. The US authorities believing that Cuban and Guyanese lives are not all that important. After all, it was 33 years ago.
